“Like Water for Chocolate” is a captivating new Christopher Wheeldon ballet recently premiered at the American Ballet Theatre. Inspired by Laura Esquivel’s beloved novel and subsequent film, this three-act production masterfully depicts the heart-wrenching love story of Tita and Pedro, portrayed brilliantly by Cassandra Trenary and Herman Cornejo.
