The conference for Alcohol Beverage Importers & Distributors by the USA Trade Tasting organization took place on On May 15 and 16 at the Metropolitan Pavilion in NYC.

The trade show featured short educational talks and sampling of wines and spirits from over 100 exhibitors from 20 plus countries.

In the wines category we particularly enjoyed the 10 year old Pineau des Charentes Or, an aperitif wine from Chateau de Beaulon.

In the spirits category we liked the Opyyum, made from poppy seed and Hungarian brandy, Palinka, and the sour cherry liqueur Ginja9 served in little chocolate cups.
