On February 7, at a lavish event for media and travel industry at Lotte Hotel in NYC, Tourism Ireland presented a comprehensive and far reaching plan to reach an even larger US market than prior years.
The island has much to offer throughout all its geographical regions and across the four seasons. The emphasis this year will be in attracting visitors to experience the island during the shoulder seasons, as well as enticing tourists to try destinations outside Ireland’s well known iconic sites.
Some of Ireland’s main attractions are breathless landscapes, top accommodations, historic castles, golf courses, St Patrick’s Day and Halloween celebrations, numerous festivals, but mostly, its welcoming and friendly people.

I would really love to visit Ireland again, I have been to Dublin, however, it was such a long time ago , I do not remember a lot about that trip!
