VENTANAS Restaurant & Lounge, the new trendy restaurant at the Modern hi-rise building in Fort Lee, NJ, hosted an interactive wine tasting experience in collaboration with Riedel Stemware, followed by a gourmet 3-course dinner by Chef David Burke. The wine seminar and tasting featured wine educators Gerry Piserchia and Julio Ruiz
