On Sunday, October 6, 2024, Jersey Boys made its highly anticipated debut at the iconic Paper Mill Playhouse in Millburn, NJ, kicking off the theater’s 2024-2025 season. The opening night was a fun evening, with the audience laughing at every New Jersey pun and self-deprecating cliché. The actors skillfully brought to life the sounds and sights of the ‘60s, drawing the audience into the world of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. Running through Sunday, November 3, this reimagined version of the Tony Award-winning musical includes electrifying performances of timeless hits like “Sherry,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.”
The production features a stellar cast, led by Daniel Quadrino (Newsies The Musical), Ben Diamond (Newsies The Musical at TUTS), Robert Lenzi (Tina: The Tina Turner Musical), and Jake Bentley Young (The Karate Kid). Additional cast members include Nick Duckart (Come From Away national tour) and Jeremy Gaston (Aladdin). The ensemble features Broadway and national tour veterans, offering a high-energy, authentic experience.
