This season featured four world premieres:
- Chaconne in Winter by Lauren Lovette, honoring Stephen Kroll Reidy
- Recess, also by Lovette, Taylor’s first resident choreographer
- Dedicated to You by Robert Battle, celebrating dance icon Carolyn Adams
- Vive La Loïe! by Jody Sperling, an angelic, visually stunning tribute to early modern dance pioneer Loïe Fuller
Alongside these premieres, Jody Sperling’s stunning Clair de Lune made its return, as did powerful works like Vespersby Ulysses Dove and Rush Hour by Larry Keigwin. The program also included ten Taylor classics, among them Arden Court, Aureole, Dust, Esplanade, and Promethean Fire, showcasing Taylor’s enduring impact on the world of modern dance.
