DINING

The hotel’s main restaurant is the trendy Matsuhisa, Munich by world-renowned Chef, Nobu Matsuhisa.

For breakfast the restaurant offers a lavish buffet spread with made-to-order eggs and traditional weisswursts presented in a bowl of hot water.

For lunch it features a selection of bento boxes with delicious tastings from the famous Nobu menu.

At dinner Matsuhisa serves Nobu’s signature dishes including the legendary black cod and yellowfin tuna sashimi with jalapeños, grilled lamb cooked over tealeaves with Peruvian Anticucho sauce, as well as traditionally prepared sushi.

During the summer, guests can also dine al fresco on The Terrace, a newly redesigned rooftop restaurant at the hotel overlooking the twin domes of the Munich Cathedral and the city skyline. The menu features a mix of Asian, Latin American and Mediterranean dishes.
