Ventanas Restaurant Opens in Fort Lee

Ventanas, a new modern American-Cuban-Asian fusion restaurant and lounge opened on March 15, 2019 with a grand opening party in Fort Lee, New Jersey.

Created by restaurateur Alexander Duran of Son Cubano and culinary titan Chef David Burke, Ventanas is a welcomed addition to the upscale restaurant scene in NJ.

The restaurant is an architectural stunner with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a two-acre park and outdoor terrace bar. The 7,000-square-foot restaurant is home to three venues – a cosmopolitan bar, tapas lounge, and full-service dining room complete with chef’s table.

Accented with elegant red and black colors, hanging chandeliers and sleek furniture, the décor combines the ambience of old Havana with a hip, Manhattan vibe.

Hundreds of guests enjoyed the grand opening celebration along with local politicians and dignitaries.

The friendly staff poured bubbly, wines and signature cocktails throughout the evening, and the kitchen staff dished out wonderful bite size appetizers. If the hors d’oevures are any indication of the cuisine, the restaurant is off to a great start.

Check it out.
