Israeli-American cook Michal Levison Dagan has published her first book Seasoned Moments featuring over 40 recipes for Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur.
Influenced by her childhood in Israel, as well as her travels throughout the world, Michal’s cuisine fuses cultural traditions with contemporary aesthetics and flavors.
