An Atlantic City Fling

From flip flops to stilettos and salt water taffy to foie gras, Atlantic City offers something for everyone.
It is a destination for world-class entertainment, fine dining, designer shopping, gaming, sunbathing and relaxation.
Start your day with a leisurely stroll along the historic boardwalk, or a power walk on the sandy beach. Breathe in the ocean air, dip your toes in the refreshing sea, or just enjoy the warm sun.
Make sure to spend some “me” time at the luxurious Qua Baths and Spa at Caesars. Soak in the hot and cold pools of the Roman Baths and get pampered with a soothing massage, a body wrap or a facial.

DINING
Casino dining
Atlantic City casinos are a prime foodie destination featuring numerous celebrity chef restaurants such as Wolfgang Puck‘s American Grille at Borgata, Alain Allegretti’s Azure by Allegretti at Revel, and Jose Garces’ Amada, Distrito, and Village Whiskey at Revel.
You will also find popular restaurants such as Dos Caminos and McCormick & Schmick’s at Harrah’s, and Morton’s and Buddakan at Caesars.
For casual dining and refreshing cocktails try the new Landshark Bar & Grille, a beach-front restaurant located across Resorts.
Treat yourself to a Sunday Brunch at Capriccio (at Resorts), an elegant restaurant appointed with crystal chandeliers and murals and overlooking the ocean. Their sumptuous buffet ranges from caviar and fresh seafood to lamb chops and filet mignon.
Dining outside the casinos
If you want to dine like the locals, start the day with blueberry pancakes at Gilchrist Restaurant in the city’s marina.
Continue with a creative, mouth watering pizza or sub at Tony Boloney’s (2 blocks from Revel).
For elegant dining head to the Knife & Fork Inn, a local institution dating back to 1912. Make sure to order their signature dish, the succulent Lobster Thermidor.
NIGHT LIFE
At night, as the city’s high voltage venues come alive, the resorts buzz with mega-shows and performances by famous headliners.
Head to the Pool at Harrah’s, a domed complex with 40ft. palm trees, that after dark becomes the hottest club in town.
Later, as the moon rises over the ocean, stop at the Boardwalk Hall and enjoy a spectacular 3D light-and-sound show projected on the building’s façade.
Atlantic City is a popular year-round destination that becomes even more alluring during the spring and summer months. For more information visit www.doatlanticcity.com. ∆
